The whole vibe of Oliver & Laura’s wedding was intimate and romantic as hell. From start to finish these two flowed through the day and it was truly an honour capture such special moments between them, their families and friends.
Their ceremony was framed by the industrial architecture of Storys Building, with a single tree branch hanging overhead as their altar. I loved their simplistic ode to nature while still juxtaposing their city life all with simple symbols. You know me, I am a sucker for less is more and you doing you, and these two NAILED IT.
The light was somehow different on their wedding day, I am a bit of a romantic but I know how much Laura loves light and I found it interesting how many opportunities with such beautiful life had been presented. During their alone time together, after the ceremony, they had mentioned to go for a stroll. We were done photos and I thought, hmm, let’s see what happens. I could feel that something was about to occur. And of course we walked down the road to find an alleyway that was blasted with a sliver of saturated sunset light. The kind a photographer dreams of. Once again, I felt the connection between them & the light.
Without further ado, here is the Storysbuilding Wedding of Laura & Oliver. It was a beautiful August day and a perfect way to honour their love and head into their beautiful future together.
