Korean food, orangey-saturated sunsets, and abandoned Honest Ed’s, this session was all about the night-out vibe while two lovers wander the streets of Toronto, and it could not have been more exhilarating. Samie & Luke have so much damn charisma that it was so easy to wander around and catch them in their element. They live to party in underground dance clubs and late night eats. They’ve travelled around the world on some epic trips, an underground & highly established (and very private) club in Germany, all the way to the food stands in Asia, where they picked up the tradition of late-night eats t in Koreatown in Toronto. They hoped to capture the essence of these experiences as part of their engagement and I was so excited to be apart of it.
We hit up the empty warehouse at Honest Ed’s, taking in the alleyways and tungsten ambiance that played with the saturation of such a gorgeous, summer sunset. Samie & Luke, I HAD A BLAST. Thank you for bringing me along for the ride, I cannot wait for you two to get married.
