DUDE, how have I never been to an Archeo Wedding before? Nadine & Curtis, THANK YOU for blowing my mind with such an incredible day. These two (shone above whilst ‘under veil’ kissing) hosted one heck an intimate wedding. The food, the wine, the twinkling lights all among the exposed brick & wooden beam character was TO DIE FOR.
I remember meeting these two the previous year and when I asked what mattered to them most about their wedding day they answered so simply & honestly. They wanted to — have fun, eat some delicious food, drink great wine & have their absolute closest around them, because “it’s not everyday we’re lucky enough to have that.” And it’s so true, when do you get to surround yourself with your people? All of them?
Nadine & Curtis, you totally rocked my world in every way. From getting iced during your reception and handling it like champs, to the power going out and not even batting an eyelash. Right to the end, you were amazing to work with and so fun for me to capture. Thanks for trusting in me to photograph your story & also thank you for seating me with your friends during dinner (they are beyond lovely!) Without further ado, here is Nadine & Curtis Archeo Wedding in Toronto.
Side note: Archeo is literally one of my favourite places for an industrial styled intimate wedding. The food is incredible (ravioli’s stuffed by angels and flown in from heaven!), the staff and vibe is warm and so sweet & of course the location is a perfect area of Toronto for unique styled photographs. If you are into industrial venues like this, check out this Story’s Building Wedding. Similar vibe & great atmosphere!
