If you’re like me, you love a good mood. Lighting, texture, tone & ambiance. When all of those elements come together, something magical happens. Caleigh & Jeff (with the help of a killer vendor team, see below) made some serious fucking magic. We’ve photographed a LOT of weddings now, and I can say we witnessed a first. When C + J went up for their speech, they shared gratitude for having all of their loved ones there. This is something we hear every time we shoot and cannot get enough of. But on top of that, they went on to give the biggest, most genuine life pep talk EVER. To the point where Brandon & I stopped shooting, because we were so enthralled by the absolute love and zest for life that these two have. The moment the speech ended they threw the papers away and night ended in pure revelry. It was bliss.
To paraphrase what these two shared during their speech, I’ll just say this…
Be kind, be kind to your family, be kind to your friends. But most of all, be kind to yourself.
Be ready to be inspired folks. This moody, gothic inspired cellar wedding is one for the books.
Lots of love,
Jessy & Brandon
